whats the difference between a parlor and a grand auditorium cutaway on a guitar?
A parlor guitar has a smaller body than most, while a Grand Auditorium will be larger and designed to push out a lot of sound. I have a Tanglewood parlor guitar with a cutaway, and I have seen Grand Auditorium models with cutaways. I have had guitars with different shape cutaways, though. Thesharpr more pointed one is called a Florentine cutaway; I've never heard of a specific name for the rounder one.
