Acoustic Revolution is proud to have helped Def Kat Music create The Silas Rock Botner Memorial Scholarship. The annual award is for students majoring in Recording Industry at MTSU with an emphasis in the band new Commercial Songwriting program. This is the first scholarship for the new program which begins in Spring semester 2008. There will be a Benefit show to raise money for the Scholarship on Oct 6th, 8pm at Bluesboro in Murfreesboro TN, featuring The Last Straw, Angela Ammons, Mike Anderson and more.
